Associate Request and Interlibrary Loan Request Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your request within 7 working days from the date of payment (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £10.00.

Cancellations must be made in writing, either by email to library@tavi-port.ac.uk or by post to The Library, Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, 120 Belsize Lane, London, NW3 5BA Tel: 0208 938 2502.
