Body image research report

Just over one third of UK adults have felt anxious (34 per cent), or depressed (35 per cent) because of concerns about their body image, according to new research by the Mental Health Foundation. You can freely download the Foundation’s 2019 research report which includes analysis of how body image is affected by long-term health conditions, ethnic background, sexual orientation and gender identity.
